I had my phone assessment by capita yesterday morning and got a text this morning to say that they have received the report. very quick this ???0

Update,,, regarding my claim I got a letter this morning to say they've all the information they need to make a decision on my claim they already told me they had my report so why do they have to send me that letter out weeks later?0

It is a rather pointless letter because a decision can still take 2-12 weeks. All it does really is cause even more anxiety.

Hello @honeywell01_ it might just be for their own admin records, so they know they've confirmed to you in writing properly, but of course the post can be quite slow sometimes. It just means you've got two records now that everything is underway!1
