Has anyone bin through this process and how did you get on I am about to go to tribunal and was wondering how people did and how did you win or pass this process

If you haven't then please have a read of those and decide which, if any descriptors apply to you and base your real world examples on those descriptors that apply.I also gave you advice in that thread about real world examples, which i urge you to do. Anecdotal evidence will always be the best you will ever send. Relying on medical evidence if it doesn't state exactly how your conditions affect you, isn't helpful.A doctor or any other medical professionals oppinion that you're not fit to work isn't going to help you either.You can't compare yourself to someone else because everyone's conditions affect them differently. Lots of people are successfully found to have LCWRA but it's totally depends on how their conditions affect their ability to do any type of work.
