Waiting on decision. I had my assessment on the 8th October. Should I be concerned?

Hi all I'm new here.
So I started my pip claim back in May and had my telephone assessment on Friday the 8th October. I phoned up on Tuesday the 12th to see if any news and to request a copy of the assessment report. The lady I spoke to told me that correspondence had been sent to me on Saturday the 9th October yet I have received nothing so far and she couldn't tell me anymore.
The only thing I have had was a text message on Monday the 11th October to say they had received the report.
Should I be concerned by this or just be patient now and wait?

Hi and welcome to the community
The average wait for a decision is 8 weeks some as long as 12 weeks so I would be a bit more patient -

Just to let you know, I removed the duplicate post you made.
As Janer1967 has said, waiting times vary but can be quite long unfortunately.
How do you feel the assessment went? -
