I need a copy of the DWP decision letter to get a rail card, but was on the phone for over 30 mins

Hi everyone
 I require a copy of the DWP decision letter to obtain a Rail Card.
 I was on the phone over half an hour and gave up.

    To be fair, half an hour is hardly anytime at all.

    Ir takes around ab hour wait to get through try calling first thing when they open
