 I require a copy of the DWP decision letter to obtain a Rail Card.
 I was on the phone over half an hour and gave up.

To be fair, half an hour is hardly anytime at all.

Ir takes around ab hour wait to get through try calling first thing when they open

the postal address varies according to dept. and you are better off  phoning even though it might take upto an hour to get through.

Hi @Silverfox3824 Postal addresses vary, as woodbine has said, but I appreciate that that's the first result that shows up on Google!
