    Hi,
The majority of people have either telephone or face to face assessments. Those that have cancer and are having treatment or about to receive or recovering from radiotherapy/chemotherapy do not have these assessments and qualify for the Support Group.
Backlogs are huge so you maybe waiting quite a while for an assessment, if one is needed. It is possible to have a paper based assessment but these are rare.

I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
