Hi everyone
I scored 2 points for engaging face to face so sent off an MR have been waiting 12 weeks now but my question is this… if I am unsuccessful and need to take it to tribunal how am I supposed to go there in person when I cannot engage face to face with people due to it causing me to blank out and have panic attacks but I’ve read if you don’t go your chances of winning are much lower?

Most hearings are still by telephone. Paper based hearings have less than 10% success rate, so I don’t advise that you choose this option.
