When you get care allowance for someone, can they stay at their friend's at weekends?

When you get care allowance  for someone   can they stay at their friends at weekends   or they not allowance to do it  but they are home  Monday to Thursday

    I don’t see anything wrong with that. Providing you still care for them for at least 35 hours per week. 
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
