Hi All,
I am currently in recent of Support Group ESA and have had many battles over the years remaining in this group. had to go to a tribunal and win.
I am now 64 and due a reassessment. What I like to know from, your experience for DWP to try to stop your ESA so close to retirement.
I have a bad feeling about this, and don't think I have any more fight in me if they try to remove my benefit again.
Would love to hear from anyone it a similar position.
Regards

Hi,The good thing at the moment is that backlogs are huge so it maybe less likely they they will contact you anytime soon for another review. However, as you can be reassessed anytime from 3 months it would be very difficult to predict anything at this stage.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
