Hi all Ive currently been waiting just over 8 weeks for a decision on the form. Unfortunately I don't have a permanent address (nfa) and am wondering if this is why it's taking so long. I haven't had a phonecall or email from the JC since October I have also been through this process once before and have been accepted previous , so I'm unsure as to what to expect

Hi,Have you had an assessment yet? If not then most people have these, which are mostly by telephone, though some people are now having face to face assessments. There are currently huge backlogs for assessments so it could be quite a few months wait. When a decision's been made on your assessment they will upload the decision letter onto your journal.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Hi there I have had no assessment or conformation , I've had no journal communication since oct
They just keep pushing my appointments back a month
ThanksJames -
As advised, there are huge backlogs of people waiting for work capability assessments. You said you've been through this before, have you already been found to have either LCW or LCWRA in a previous assessment? If you have then they both continue until a decision's been made on your current WCA.There's nothing more you can do but wait.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
