UC said I have to get 3 payments before back pay. Has anyone else had this?

I have been rewarded my lcwra and my first payment is the 24th of this month.. so u checked my uc journal and I have been giving the lcwra element of 343 with my uc but no back dated, I rang uc and they said I have to get 3 payments before I get my back pay.. has anyone else has this

    There's a full 3 month waiting period and the extra money is paid from the 4th month of your claim, starting from when you first reported your health condition, providing you sent your fit note within 7 days of that. This means that for the first 3 months the extra money isn't paid at all. So what date exactly did you report your health condition?
    I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
