With the winter settling in and fuel bills high, a few tips to beat the cold. Cold is an enemy to me as I have Reynolds disease. Not to mention a few other things.
- Put a jumper on (or vest, socks, extra fleece, warm trousers – you get the picture). ...
- Put a blanket on the sofa. ...
- Shut doors. ...
- Shut the curtains. ...
- Use hot water bottles. ...
- Use draught excluders. ...
- Fit a strip of draught excluder. ...
- Curtains, ideally thick curtains with linings.
