I've sent the form off for my son, but the diagnosis letter came afterwards. Can I post or email it?

I have sent off the form for my son who has been diagnosed with ADHD, but the letter for the diagnosis cam in after I sent the form off, do I just send a copy off to them or can I email it ?

Hi,Is this DLA or PIP? Regardless of that, neither of those are about a diagnosis. If you want to send the evidence you need to post it to them.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
