Change of circumstances

in PIP, DLA, and AA
I have informed pip I have change of circumstances and now waiting for the form which il get DAB to help me with and hopefully fingers  crossed get enhanced do I still need put my conditions on from the first time I filled in on the original form in?

    Yes. Treat it as a new application.
