As a bit of fun in the lead up to Christmas, we thought we’d introduce the Christmas Films Battle!

For this next phase, 8 well-known and loved Christmas films have been voted, by you, into the Quarter-Final Stage, so now all that’s left is to vote…

Pick your favourites from the following pairs to move them through to the Semi-Final stage! You have until Monday 13th December to share your choices. If anything is unclear or you have any questions let me know.

    I'm afraid to say Nativity was beaten in the previous round by Muppets Christmas Carol! If you'd like your votes to count here, I'll need four film choices, one from each pair above :)

    Oops, sorry @Alex_Scope, that was meant for the favourite movies thread! Too much excitement at the thought of discussing Christmas  ;)

    • Die Hard (though I have never seen either so this was based on a Google summary of each!)

    I can recommend both Die Hard and It's A Wonderful Life if you ever decide to watch!

    I must admit, I haven't seen many Christmas films, I tend to watch the Christmas episodes of my favourite series, such as Friends, Outnumbered, Vicar of Dibley, etc.

    It will be interesting to see which films come out on top!??

    I enjoy a good Christmas special too, Dr Who was always a highlight a few years back. And I'm sure the battle will be even more intense for the semi-final  :D
