Welcome to the community and thank you for sharing a little bit about yourself and your experiences. I'm sorry to hear that your PIP application has been refused, I can imagine that wasn't what you wanted to hear. A lot of our members have great experience in this area, and I'm sure a lot of them have some really valuable advice for you on what to do moving forward. I also wanted to ask if you are currently getting support from your GP with regards to your PTSD, anxiety and depression?

A mandatory consideration is the first step to appealing a PIP decision. I've provided some resources for you below to help with this process, if you feel as though it is something that you'd like to consider:

I'm sorry to hear that you don't get any support from your GP. Is this something that you'd be interested in? If so, your GP will be able to offer professional advice and support about things . I'm glad you are getting support from your psychological team though. Do you find this support helpful?
