I got HBP after the Moderna shot & a homeopathic doctor had warned me not to get vaccinated for the side effects I can experience after the COVID vaccine.

Welcome to the community @isis
You can read about the side effects of the coronavirus vaccines on the NHS website. You can also read a more in depth description of the known side effects of the Moderna vaccine in their patient information booklet.
By HBP, do you mean high blood pressure? This doesn't appear to be listed as a known side effect in the patient information leaflet. As poppy123456 has said, you can report possible side effects of the vaccine through the Yellow Card scheme.
Have you spoken to your GP about your high blood pressure at all? Are you receiving any treatment to help you manage this if needed? -
My arm swelled up after the pfizer vaccine and I got blocked lymph nodes along the same side. For example my armpit swelled up like a balloon. It's been twelve weeks and I'm still getting twinges of pain in the vaccination site. As far as I know this isn't "normal". I didn't bother doing to my GP or pharmacist but I have reported it through the yellow card scheme. I felt like they were a bit dismissive though. I got a personalised response explaining that even though I have these symptoms, the vaccine is still deemed to be safe and really playing it down. My arm looked like it belonged to the Michelin man.

I'm sorry that you had that side effect @_witchcore. Thankfully, more serious side effects of the coronavirus vaccines are uncommon. I'd definitely encourage you to visit your GP if the pain continues, as they may be able to give you some advice on getting your arm back to normal

Thank you for all the information. Yes, I did mean High Blood Pressure and yes I have a GP and cardiologist controlling my BP with medication.
