Lcwra and pip. Does getting pip automatically qualify me for lcwra?

Hi there ..new here. I am in receipt of pip I get standard care component and standard mobility. I have just filled in the form for caperbility for work which is a year overdue due to covid. As I get pip at these rates does it automatically quality for lcwra. Thank you
