Hello @ummuabdullrahman
Wishing you a warm welcome to the community, it's nice to see you join and I hope you enjoy getting involved, this is a very supportive place so I'm sure you will.
I have moved your discussion over to our CP category, and I will also tag in @Richard_Scope who might be able to provide some insight into this area as it isn't something I have any particular knowledge of.
How is your child coping at the moment? When you say your GP has ordered you to give them the injection, are they supporting you to arrange it? Scope do have an information page about botox treatment for those who have CP, so you might want to give that a read.

Hi @ummuabdullrahman
Botox is often used for children and adults living with cerebral palsy to help loosen the tight muscles that can affect movement and mobility. The injections are given to the affected area, usually, the lower leg or ankle every 3 to 4 months. This is in addition to physiotherapy.
Has your doctor explained the procedure to you?Scope
