 Positive Thinking with Paralympian, Stephen Miller

Online exclusive interactive session! Go into 2022 ready with a positive mind - your most powerful muscle is in your head!

REGISTER at www.cpteensuk.org/events. Deadline: Friday 28th Jan 2022, midday.

Stephen has Quadriplegic Cerebral Palsy and he has won three Gold, one Silver, and one Bronze medal in the F32/51 Club Throw at the Paralympic Games. Stephen has also won a Bronze medal in the F32/51 Discus.

- Enjoy listening to Stephen's stories of determination and grit in the face of adversity.

- Discover Stephen's secrets to performing under pressure. - Start building unstoppable motivation & resilience.

- Learn how to set goals and start to achieve them with Stephen's 4-step guide.

You'll have the opportunity to ask questions, take part in activities, see Stephen's Paralympic medals, and watch footage of him competing!

This is truly unique, and all you have to bring is an open mind.

FREE, but a £10 refundable deposit is required to secure your place, i.e. get your £10 back upon 'show' to the session
