Hi,There are huge backlogs for decisions and you're not the only one waiting. We are still in a pandemic and many people working for DWP are still working from home, people are self isolating and all this causes more backlogs.Being with a case manager doesn't means it's in a pile along with many others. Going by other people here it can ve anything up to 12 weeks, sometimes longer.0

Very true, My MR is with a Case manager as stated by a phone call earlier, I was told last week it should be this week I receive a letter..
