yep deff sounds the same, have you had an xray lately - i brought my things on line if you look for disability aids things like that you will find all sorts of stuff - forgot to say on bad days if i want to go out i put 3 chill pads on, there like the heat pads, but you can not sleep with them on, have you tried a tens machine,jo46 said:Where do you buy such things yes I find sitting too long the pressure terrible but then on a night when I come to lay in bed to chill out I really find it hard to lay in a comfortable position then the problem for me is I have over active bladder so I’m up and down and then when I struggle to actually get back up out of bed the pressure and sometimes I struggle to bear my weight for few minutes untill I get going a bit e everything so slower pace x
To be honest think you need up dated xray and change of pain killers - you will never be pain free but hopefully bit better then you are darling.0 -
Hi I have ddd and other. Pain clinic have been good for me they did an xray guided injection which gave relief for 4 weeks.then had radio frequency ablation but sadly that didn't work. I am on max meds by Doctor opioded naproxen and amitripoline but pain clinic prescribed lidocaine plasters that helped me at least get out of bed.
Its not a great answer but you could have a consult privately with same NHS doctor mine was for rhumatoidoligist then went back on NHS list for other treatments. Best £175 I ever spent to bring forward by 30 weeks.0
