Hi, we started claiming UC on 04/11/2020. My partner handed in fit notes every 3 months from same date. He was finally assessed for LCWRA in Dec 2021 and awarded it on 31/01/2022. How many months backpay will we get. Our assessment date for UC is on 4th of every month and payment is on 10th every month.
Thanks

Hi there @SOMBIEF thanks for joining the forum today. To help our members respond to your query I've moved it over into the Universal Credit category.
I'm afraid I don't know, that's not my area of expertise, but I'm sure one of our members will advise you shortly
If anything else comes up don't hesitate to ask, and have a lovely evening.

Have you any idea how long it takes to get payment?

Note that when the new statements are prepared they will be uploaded to your UC journal and will overwrite the old ones. If you want a record of the old ones you should download them now.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK. -
Once again thank you so much for replying so quickly. I appreciate your help x
