 My name is Rosaria and I am so pleased to have found this virtual community. 
I'm Italian, but I live in UK with my husband. I'm 30 years old and I live with Multiple Sclerosis since 2019. I think it would be nice to get new friends here.

    Thanks for telling us a bit about yourself, I'm sure you will be able to make new friends on the community, this is a very supportive and enjoyable place to be. 

    Please feel free to have a browse and get involved wherever you'd like, we have numerous categories so there's plenty to get stuck in to. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

    I would recommend browsing our virtual coffee lounge and getting involved with some of the games, and the recent discussions page to see a snapshot of what is going on across the site.

    Thank you all for your warm welcome ☺️ @SueHeath Actually I have to say that in the South of England the weather is not too bad. 
    (Currently I'm in Crawley, West Sussex, but we are planning to move in the Oxfordshire in the next few months). 
    I hope you're doing well too.

    Everyone here is lovely and I have no doubt that you’ll be making friends soon enough. I’m also glad that the weather hasn’t been too bad where you are. Have you managed to get out and about at all recently?

    Yes, I have been in London  several times and also in Manchester, visiting some friends too. 
    I also worked in Cambridge few years ago and honesty I fell in love with that place. 

    About the community, I have seen that here there is a lot of human support and I'm really glad to have found it.
    I thought was hard for me to open myself, but I have to say that I feel relieved now that I can talk with someone who really wants to listen and share thoughts and feelings about disability. 

    You know, sometimes it's hard to realise that I have Multiple Sclerosis, because it's seems invisible most of the time and it is hard to accept it, especially when you're in your 30s. 
    However, I hope to find a different prospective, sharing ideas and making friends always helps.
