Just a quick question, Ok.. So after re-reading my assessment report.. I've noticed it says on 'Communicating Verbally' And Making budgeting decisions, She mentioned Gained a Full UK driving licence, I don't know how a driving licence comes into these category's?, Poor assessment with a lot of spelling mistakes, I'm just in the middle of making notes for my Tribunal now.

The best advice anyone can give you is to put the report away and forget about it because this isn't going to get you a PIP award. Concentrating on that can harm your case. All you need to do at the moment is request the Tribunal with a brief reason why you disagree with the decision. Then concentrate on where and why you think you should have scored those points. Use real world incidents of what happened the last time you attempted that activity for each descriptor that applies to you.I posted a very useful link in your previous thread, if you haven't read it then please do because there's lots of very food advice in there.1
