I have a phone appointment to discuss my heath journey after WCA assessment. What is this?

Hi, I’ve been told I have a phone appointment to discuss my health journey after having a WCA assessment, can anyone tell me what this is?

    I have no idea what this can be. Has a decision been made on the WCA? If so what was that decision please?

    Hi Poppy, I’ve not had a decision over my WCA just a post on my journal saying about a health journey appointment…..

    Sorry but i've never heard of a health journey appointment. Maybe put a message onto your journal and ask them what it's about.

    Hi guys, thanks for your comments, basically it was a message from the UC call centre asking if anything had changed since my WCA assessment before a decision would be made later that day.  So ‘health journey’ seems to be a term used by UC advisers before they make a decision.

    UC advisors don't make decisions, only a decision maker can do that. I've never known them do this before making any decision on a WCA.
