I didn’t receive my payment today

in Employment & Support Allowance (ESA)
I was due a income payment of ESA there’s no payment gone in the bank coz last week my husbands ESA didn’t go in but eventually did in the end & mine has not gone in. I get severe disability premium coz we live together & qualify same benefits I don’t understand why they are doing this to us? I do suffer quite bad anxiety & now I have to ring them at 8am this morning. I’ll let you know how I do?

    Morning @lisawells1990 I hope you're able to get some reassurance from your call.

    I'm sure the delays in payment are not intentional, and hopefully they can provide you with an explanation soon. 

    How long did your husbands payment take to go in, in the end?

    I just received my payment now as I did telephone them they said they updated the system as my husband has the same problem last week his went in much later on in the day. Hopefully it will be back to normal next time

    I'm glad they could explain why there was a bit of delay with payments lately too.
