Good Morning everyone ๐Ÿ˜Š
For the last couple of days the weather has improved and we have had sun,sun,sun ๐Ÿ”†
It really does lift my spirits , helps me focus , appreciate the small things , get more motivated , and generally just lift me up .ย 
I love gardening so have been spending as much time out there as i can .ย 
Im sure many of you can relate to this post , and if so just remember to Be Kind To Yourself ๐Ÿฅฐ

    I find the sunshine really helps boost my mood as well :) Thanks for the reminder about being kind to yourself, it's a really important thing to do.

    Hopefully the weather will get a little warmer as we head into spring, and make being outside more comfortable!

    Happy Birthday to your son @woodbine do you have anything planned to celebrate with him? I'm glad to hear you're out in the garden, I think it can be demanding work at any age.

    Anniversaries like that can be difficult, and I can't imagine what it's like, but it might also be a chance to reflect on any positive things that have happened since then. And tomorrow is always a new day :)ย

    Oh I'm sorry @woodbine families are often complex things, even if it doesn't look that way on the outside.

    Its gone dull and overcast and chilly, but no rain so thats a bonus .

    Dull here in the Midlands but that cold wind has gone.
    We did have a really bad frost this morning - bring on the rest of the week it is supposed to be getting nice.
