I tried to log on to my uc account yesterday it took forever to log me in, then I had a random pop up asking if I had help applying which is the first time Iv ever seen it. This happened to anyone else?

Hi,I just logged into my daughters journal. (i'm her appointee and manage her claim for her)I had exactly the same, with a few other questions after. It looks like a small survey to me and nothing to worry about.0

We’ll probably see some DWP statistic saying how easy it is to claim UC because xx% manage it without help! (Which wouldn’t tell us anything about whether the claims are correctly completed and/or correctly processed.)0
