just a question folks who actually does the MR and appeals is it the same person who did the original case just wondering

MR is DWP and a different decision maker looks at your claim again and makes another decision.Appeal (Tribunal) is HMCTS. (HM Courts & Tribunals Service)

If your claim goes to tribunal it will be heard by a panel of 3 a judge, a medical professional and a disability specialist1
