Hi. What do you do when you feel in your lowest point of your life? How to keep sane and strong when you have left no mental or physical power?

Thank you for being so honest in your post, as I know it's not always easy to talk about these things.
Have you been feeling as though you're at the lowest point in your life? Would you be able to tell us a little more about what that means to you?
As teddybear12 has said, it's often a good idea to chat with a professional about how you're feeling. Do you feel able to speak to your GP about how you've been feeling lately?

Gp can only do drugs but I have nasty side effects from everything.
I have never thought that in my life I will have to deal with unemployement due to my health. I have my ESA assesment next week so will see how it goes.0
