No, you won't need to attend any appointments or send in any further fit notes.PIP has nothing to do with attending the JC and is completely different to LCWRA/UC.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Thanks Poppy,
Which is odd as JC know ive been awarded lcwra, well they must mustn't they? and admittedly my last appt was made prior to receiving notification of lcwra, so as I have dyo think i should message JC via jornal and ask them if i have to attend tomorrow
Thanks -
That appointment should have been cancelled. Are you 100% sure it was LCWRA you were awarded and not just LCW?

The ucd81 says following your wca assesment we have decided that you have limited capacity for work and work related activities so that means lcwra id have thought yes?

Yes that's correct. You can put a message onto your journal telling them you have been found to have LCWRA.

So definately no need to attend fortnightly jc appts then yes?, dont want to make a fool out of myself

If the DWP say you have limited capability
Having LCWRA means you won't have to work or do anything to prepare for work. Therefore, no you won't need to attend any appointments, as advised.
