Hello @Jamescasali
Thanks for your post and what a great question too! Unfortunately, this is not an area of my expertise. This means I can only hope someone with more knowledge in this area is able to respond to you soon.
In the meantime, I just wanted to respond to let you know we hear you and are here for you

In this thread here you said you were awarded standard for both parts of PIP. https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/90145/lcwra-questions#latest If this is correct then i'm unsure why you're asking about telephone assessments. If you're requesting the MR for that PIP decision then there's no more assessments for the MR.

Assessments are either by telephone, face to face or video call.

I applied on 19th Jan 1st time and had my telephone assessment yesterday what a nightmare for the 1st half of the call felt like I was being spoken down to by a teacher then 2nd half of call it was like her personality switched to being a bit more nicer so glad it's over1

I hope you have a positive outcome from it , perhaps it depends on staff shortages and location in the country as to whether its a face to face or tel-int, out of interest what postal area are you from ? Could you update me/the board when you get a decision through too
