    When you get chance have a look around the site - if you have any problems with how it works just ask the question and some one will guide you through.
    Some of us pop in and out of the site during the day.
    You will find lots of chats in the coffee lounge under the categories and on the recent discussions, you can join in any of the chats/threads or ask your own question.
