After pip assesment I got a txt from dwp saying they received my written assessment. Is that good?

hi had pip assesment then got txt of dwp later same day saying they received my written assesment is that good or bad any1 know

    Hi,
    It means nothing other than they completed the report and returned it to DWP. Many reports are returned within 24 hours of having the assessment.

    hi thank you i was just wondering how long normally takes as had my assesment 2 weeks ago now thanks guys

    Up to 12 weeks, sometimes longer.

    I seen quite few people on here say upto 8 but less all diffeent suppose

    Yes indeed that’s because once the assessment is complete the HCP tells them a decision will be made in about 8 weeks.

    hi poppy I rand pip today to see if ther any information on my application and put the details in the automated service and It said my next payment is due next month does that mean I have been awarded? then when got through the lady said my letter was sent out yesterday

    You've posted correctly. Members are in and out all the time so you may not always get a reply straight away. The majority of members here give their advice freely in their own spare time. I've not been online here for quite a few hours today until now.

    Some members have said they've done this and it's told them they're due a payment, which could indicate an award. If it's your first time claim and you're not transferring from DLA then any money owed is usually received before the decision letter.
