I will have to claim universal credit soon due to my other benefits ending. I am unable to work and wonder how soon I need a fit note when I apply for the universal credit? Thankyou.

Why is your son's DLA ending?
If you do have to claim UC and you have a health condition limiting your ability to work you need to declare this as part of the claim and will need a Fit Note to support this no later than 7 days after you submit the claim.0
