I got the letter saying i am qualified for LCW in march and that i might be granted extra money? When will i recieve a payment

If it is LCW there is no extra money. You only get extra money if it is LCWRA.0

Are you working ? If you have LCW a work allowance is deducted from your earnings before your UC starts being reduced. This may be what the DWP means - you aren't getting extra money - you're just entitled to keep more of your earnings.0
