So I'm on PIP and LCWRA for UC. I use a bank account that tells you the upcoming payments and it seems I'm getting a payment if £422.86. I've had both my PIP and UC payments already. I also had my PIP backdated money already so I am unsure why I'm getting this money? Its due for tomorrow. Is anyone getting anything similar?

Unfortunately, we can only guess what the payment is for. When you receive it, it should give you some indication what it's for because if it's for UC or PIP then it will have those letters next to the payment along with your NI number. You will then be able to contact DWP to ask what exactly it's for, if it's from them.

I can already see the reference and it doesn't have either, it's just a lot of numbers that's begins with 8 0's

It would only be a guess but with your PIP being recent could it be backdated money from UC? Like if you've been getting the wrong housing rate or benefit capped or deductions that shouldn't apply now you've had pip?
I was thinking it might be from UC since in this account only UC pay into it. But I'm not sure I qualify for any backdated money and I don't get anything else with UC just standard rate and LCWRA

Then I’m afraid I have no idea what that could be. If it was related to a DWP benefit then it would tell you next to the payment.
Hopefully you’ll receive a letter soon and it will tell you what it’s for.

If it was from UC you would have had a letter on your journal.

Turns out it was fron the DWP but it says EESA, is that a spelling mistake?

Payments from ESA always have EESA next to them, it's not a mistake. Did you recently have a work capability assessment and where placed into the Support Group? If so then you will receive extra money from week 14 of your claim. (£117.60 per week going forward)
