Hi, I'm looking to move out of my step father's house and into a rented flat... I'm just looking for some advice on what my options are? I claim ESA and PIP. Thanx

If you want to claim help with rent you will have to claim Universal Credit.
That will end any income based ESA. Any contribution based ESA will continue but will be deducted from the UC.
The amount of help with rent you can get will be capped at the one bedroom Local Housing Allowance for the postcode you rent in.

No. Unless you will be living in Supported Accommodation you cannot claim Housing Benefit anywhere.HiDe_X_JP said:I think it's still Housing benefit in my area not Universal Credit
https://www.gov.uk/housing-benefitYou can only make a new claim for Housing Benefit if either of the following apply:- you have reached State Pension age
- you’re in supported, sheltered or temporary housing
