Can anybody tell me how to obtain a certificate of entiltlement for free road tax?

can anybody tell me how to obtain a certificate of entiltlement for free road tax i get the full rate of p i p, a phone number or anything would do.

    For this you'll need to ring PIP on 0800 121 4433 and ask them to send it to you.

    Is this a new award you have been given as my certificate of entitlement form came with the decision letter.
