LCWRA FIT NOTE

Yes good idea thanks, asking her for the guidence that shows I need a fit note in this situation. I will wait for her to ask for a fit note one more time then ask her to show me the guidence that says I need a fit note for this situation. They have guidence for everything and rules to follow via the guidence. I am hoping though that she has realised by now the correct procedure for my situation instead but if she hasn't then she should show me the guidence.0

As Biblioklept said, you are not asking for a review. If DWP wish to initiate a review they simply need to issue the UC50 to you. If they don't your existing LCWRA decision remains in place.0

See your thread here. https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/108645/lwrca#latestSeems like they haven't turned off the fit note reminders, my daughter had a reminder for hers 6 months after she was found to have LCWRA. After that they were switched off. She still have a "report a fit note" reminder on her to list and it's been there for 18 months.Put a quick reminder note on your journal and tell them you no longer need to send fit notes because you were found to have LCWRA. Though, you can just ignore the reminders because you no longer need to send fit notes, it should have told you that in the decision letter you received.
