My daughter 20. She gets PIP and is a full time student. Is there anything else she can claim?

Tried unversuisl credit said no so I made complain planning to. Appeal it

There's no point appealing this decision because it will be a waste of your time. It's new regulations that full time students are unable to claim UC, unless they were assessed as having either LCW or LCWRA before their course started.Full details here. https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2020/827/madeI totally disagree with these regulations and think it's disgusting that disabled students can't claim UC but it is what is and there's nothing that can be done.Is she at Uni? If so, lots of students claim student finance so you could look into that, at least for September, if she continues as a student. https://www.ucas.com/sfe

No it's college only bursary she got last year was about 12 pounds week for dinner and stationary it's nothing0

That's no longer possible because the rules changed. A student must have been found to have LCW/LCWRA before the course started. See link. https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2020/827/made

They can as a NI credits only, if they are found to have LCW but this won't help a claim for UC.
