Hi everyone. So I am currently on higher rate for care and nothing for mobility. Apart from the £150 we are all due to get in September will I receive anything else bar this? my other question is I feel like I should be on lower rate mobility and didn't get anything for it. If I appeal it will my payments all stop now? My award is up on Feb 2024.

The £650 will be paid to those claiming certain means tested benefits. Unless you claim any of those then you won't be entitled to this payment. Full details here. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/cost-of-living-paymentIf you're named on the energy bills then you'll receive £400 onto your energy account in 6 monthly payments starting from October.Your PIP award, when exactly was the decision made on that claim? If it was more than 13 months ago then you'll be out of time to do anything about that now.If it's less than this but more than 1 month then yes you can challenge the decision by first requesting the Mandatory Reconsideration (MR)Whether you're entitled to any mobility award will totally depend on how your conditions affect you.Any exisiting award will continue to be paid while you wait for the MR decision.
