    If this is regarding PIP then the number is 0800 121 4433. Lines are open Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm.
    If it's regarding UC then you can put a message onto your journal. Or ring the helpline on 0800 328 5644 lines open Mon-Fri 8am to 6pm.

    Please anyone could help me I did get in touch with UC about my decision but still didn’t get any answer from them thanks

    When you requested the MR did you put this onto your journal?
    As you’re not getting any joy from UC then maybe it’s time to contact your local MP. Start here https://members.parliament.uk/members/Commons
    Tell then your details and a full explanation of exactly what’s happened and hopefully they will contact UC on your behalf. This often gets them shifted.

    No longer CAB because they dropped the Bureau and are just Citizens Advice

    Hello, please I did get in touch with with UC about my mandatory reconsideration and they told me there is no time limit I have to wait is this alright thanks.

    Did you contact your local MP as advised here? If not then i'd advise you to do that.

    I did send an email to my MP last week but still didn’t get any answer from him yet.

    It will go ahead because they are two completely different benefits.

    hi I have a hearing at the court on the 30th this month against UC decision.
    but I don’t know what to do anyone please could help me with advice.

    They will ask you questions about your health condition and how it affects your daily life. 
    As I don’t know anything about your health conditions it’s not possible for me to tell you what questions they will ask. 

    It’s not a court and you’re not in trial. So that’s a good thing.
