Help need to get out!

Hi everybody
I have been stuck in the house, unable to get out in my scooter/wheelchair for quite a long, long time now, cutting a long story short my neighbour has put rocks & sharp pebbles in the little alleyway outside my gate, it is so very uneven & blocks easy access. I contacted the Council about this problem, who said they would look into it, but they never did! I am virtually a prisoner & would so appreciate some good advice please, thanks.

    Thanks for making this post, and sorry to hear about what you are going through. It's a shame that your neighbour has done something that has made going out inaccessible for you. 

    Have you discussed the issue with your neighbour at all? It's unfortunate that the council haven't followed up on their promise to look in to it, it could be worth chasing them up about it.

    Have you thought about getting in touch with CAB to see if they can support with this in any way?

    Hi @Sharonjo are the stones on your side or your neighbours. Might be worth ringing the council again. Have you spoke to your neighbour about it?
