£326 Cost of Living Payment. Am I eligible?

Hello,
I am in the Support Group for IR ESA.  I get the Enhanced disability premium. I think I might get some CB ESA with a top up.  Is the Enhanced premium a top up? I just wondered if I get both CB and IR ESA will I be eligible for the £326 payment or is it just people on IR only. I say I get both as I get £10 Christmas Bonus too.

    Hello again,

    I just forgot to ask, If part of my ESA is CB and part IR, will I be moved to UC sometime in the future?

    Yes you will. The income based ESA will end. The contribution based part will continue and be paid separately from UC. The c-ESA will be deducted from the UC when calculating the amount payable.

    Also will I get the £326 if I get CB and IR ESA or is it just people who get IR only?

    You will get the £326 because you get I-ESA. It doesn't matter what else you get.
