Hi, my name is seeana! severe Spinal Stenosis I really do not know what to do!

Hi I am at the end of my tether ,with my severe Spinal Stenosis I really do not know what to do ! My GP is out of his depth I think I take 10 mil Targen night and morning plus 75 mil Lyrica night and morning. It really only dulls the pain but when I take endone as well that does help....  but Doc will only give me 20 tabs a month so I live on Ostio  Panadeine funny thing is I suffer badly from constipation and that's when the pain is unbearable so live on many different laxatives.
Been in Australia since 67 come from Diss Norfolk.
I would so value any help or advice as I am nearly 78 yrs  and feeling so very tired .one good thing is I have a very supportive Partner plus 2 Cockers and a Golden Retriever bless them.
