Question about pip tribunal

Hi I have appealed my decision to the tribunal it is not a week past the date when DWP was supposed to respond and they still haven't is there anything for me to do also is this a bad or good sign or just they are late and need to be reminded any input would be helpful 😊 thank you

Whether or not DWP respond, the hearing will still go ahead as long as DWP is aware of the date of the hearing. What you tell the Tribunal is more important than what DWP says.0

This is normal they are often late to respond. They will be given an extension and if they don't meet this the case will go ahead without their response
