Hi, my name is croth! Is it the assessor who ticks the boxes on the PIP report?

Hello @croth and welcome to the community, how are you?

Do you mean that you have received a copy of the report written up by the assessor after having your assessment for PIP? If so, then yes it is the assessor who will have compiled the report and made the recommendations for which points you should be awarded.

How did your assessment go? Is there any particular reason why you are wondering who ticked the boxes?
