I lost my pip back In December 21 as my previous Tribunal award stopped so reclaimed under mental health issues also agoraphobia but was given 0 points on both after face to face assessment so I appealed again had my hearing in July 2022 before I had even sat down the judge said we have already decided your mobility side and your enhanced stays after being asked a couple of questions by the disability member of the panel I was told I would hear about the care part in about a week I got the letter and was awarded enhanced on the care part previously standard and it was increased to 5 years instead of 3 as before it was a long and mentally draining experience but was worth it all in the end there where times I wanted to give up put kept on with it .
So please don't give up Tribunal panels are so different to dwp assesors they do listen.

Great news.
I would recommend anyone who genuinely believes their award/MR was incorrect to apply to the Tribunal.
I did so, with information and encouragement from a previous poster on this site - cheers Mike!
My application did not go through the Tribunal. In advance of Tribunal, DWP took into account my PIP application and assessment, my ESA application and assessment and my statement to the Tribunal.
They improved my award from standard daily, no mobility (for 2 years) to enhanced for both (ongoing).
It is definitely worth pursuing if you are confident of your ground.1 -
Well done @diane260965
Thank you for sharing that with us!
How's your mental health been lately? Are you receiving enough support at the moment?0
